Does day 1 confinement start from date of delivery or discharge from hospital with or w/o nanny?

I start from the day I delivered but cos I delivered in the morning. I asked my mum and my mum said just take it as the day you delivered. If you wanna do more than can just extend one more day. No harm :)

I started confinement after discharge, ends same day as baby’s full month. In your case, 6 May.
