C sect binder

Does binder really helps after c sect? I feel it’s making me more painful :( esp when getting up from chair/ bed / toilet. Btw I had my op 5 days ago

I feel more pain with the binder on, so i didn't use it after my gynae say ok to take off, the stitches wasn't hold by the binder
