Wfh And Taking Care Of Baby

Does anyone needs to wfh and taking care of baby at the same time alone by yourself during this CB period? How do you manage and what happens if there is a video conference meeting you need to attend?

My colleagues and line manager are aware that i have to take care of my 9mo while wfh. She has appeared in my teleconferences multiple times 😅

But other than attending meetings i also made it clear that i needed flexible hours and can only work after my LO is asleep
