Natural substitute for aspirin

Hi, does anyone know whether natural foods that contain blood thinning properties (eg ginger and tumeric) can substitute aspirin to prevent preeclampsia?

Honestly, although there are some herbs with slight blood thinning properties, I strongly advise you to just take the aspirin if your doctor prescribed it. When you try using herbs, you can’t control the dosage, so you don’t know if it’s too little or too much. There may also be unknown side effects that may be detrimental.
