im under subsidy from kkh ,i ask for hospital leave but gynae only say can only issue MC, my friend from kkh private, gynae issue her 2week hospital leave 🙄
May I know for those who get HL from gynae is from which hospital? My gynae refuse to give me so and said it is normal to work until a day before labour. 😑
Mine too. Its hard to get hl, although i feet starting to swell, and my work enquire me to walk alot.
I think it varies between different gynae. My gynae wanted to give 1 week HL cause I feel very tired after my work and the doc required me to rest well.
Yes. My gynae gave me 2 weeks of HL before my EDD. However I had kidney stones so she wanted me to rest well before scheduled c section
depends on your gynae. mine refused to give it to me when i requested, and say i can only take it if i'm hospitalized for a reason.
Sorry to interupt, is it goverment hospital like NUh would also give HL ? Or private hospital?
YA. I switched from NUH to private. NUH refused to give me HL even when they stated my diagnosis as a possible threatened miscarriage because I "was not hospitalised".
my gynae offered it to me when I was 38 weeks pregnant although I deliver my baby at 40 weeks
Private clinics allow but not govt ones. And need to be valid reason before they issue

They can but depending on our condition I heard. But medical leave should be easier.
