I haven't experienced this personally, but some light bleeding or spotting can continue for a few days after cervical polyp removal, especially during pregnancy when the cervix is more sensitive. However, if you're still having fresh red bleeding after several days, or if the bleeding increases, comes with cramps, dizziness, or pain, I would contact your doctor again or seek medical advice promptly. It's always better to get it checked, especially in early pregnancy.
