I don't have personal experience with cervical polyps during pregnancy, but if you're still having fresh red bleeding 3 days after removal and you've already seen your doctor, I'd continue monitoring it closely and follow their advice on the medication. If the bleeding seems to be increasing, you're soaking pads, passing large clots, having significant cramping, dizziness, or you're otherwise worried, I'd contact your doctor again rather than waiting. Hopefully some mamas who have gone through polyp removal during pregnancy can share their experiences. Wishing you all the best and hoping the bleeding settles soon. ❤️

I haven't experienced this personally, but some light bleeding or spotting can continue for a few days after cervical polyp removal, especially during pregnancy when the cervix is more sensitive. However, if you're still having fresh red bleeding after several days, or if the bleeding increases, comes with cramps, dizziness, or pain, I would contact your doctor again or seek medical advice promptly. It's always better to get it checked, especially in early pregnancy.
