Does anyone have any diaper changing tips or hacks to share?

Depends how old is your baby. If he can roll around and twist, then you need something to distract him. I chain some toys to the window grille so it won’t fall off but can entertain my baby when I change him. Also need to be fast. So position the diaper under his existing diaper, before opening the diaper, remove it, then tape back the new diaper!
