Yes me!!! OMG I thought I was going crazy. It was so bad I couldn’t sleep properly. Try to elevate your pillow or elevate your legs. Stretch as much as you can, whenever and wherever especially when you’ve just woken up. My backache went away after I elevated my pillow cause my bed at my parent’s place is more firm than at my in-law’s so I had to try ways to have a good night’s sleep. Now that I’m pregnant with no. 2, I can foresee backache just around the corner.. 💆🏻‍♀️

Yes , it’s one of the side affect causes due to epidural . Better u take care about it from now onwards , or else it increase the pain later

No back pain. I had should aches. After giving birth it’s best to see a chiro if your back is aching

I do , many at times, jus relax and rest for a while and good to go …

I have back aches on n off. Lying too long makes my back very painful!

I did have back pain but not sure is it link to epidural

Im 6 days PP, my back has been aching since day 4.

Yes and the pain recurs for me. 😞
