Insomnia during third trimester

Hi, does anyone experience insomnia during third trimester? As in not able to sleep at all until morning. Is it normal? Just worried for both my health and baby’s.

yes mummy i had it too.Example when i go pee in the middle of the night icant go back to sleep anymore until ifeel headache.🥲
