Sleep a lot during third trimester
Hi, is it normal to sleep a lot when in third trimester? I can sleep 8-9 hrs at night (woke up maybe once or twice) and then in the afternoon have naps between 1-2 hrs. 😰
dont worry, it is normal to sleep more than usual during your 3rd trimester as u will wake up more often to go toliet during night. good if u can take nap in afternoon to catch up with more rest.
I am 33wks along & I sleep like a 🐷. Woke up for bfast then head back to bed for my morning nap & wake up at 11ish. Prepares lunch, eat, do some minimal housework then nap again.. 😵💫
It is normal. If you body calls for rest then rest. plus, enjoy as much sleep as you can before baby comes.
I always catch up on my afternoon nap like 2 hrs during the weekends
yes its normal.. I feel sleepy all the time 😴
