Craving for bad food like chips and instant noodles

Hi does anyone of you experience craving for unhealthy food like chips and instant noodles like mi sedap or mi goreng? If yes how do you avoid these food? Anything to curve the craving?

I dont crave for those, but i do have it occassionally. Abit tough to control what we want to eat during pregnancy, but have to try to be mindful of what we eat.
