Do you nag at your teenagers to study?

Nagging is annoying and often ineffective. It's better to motivate them to study. Perhaps if they have a clear goal i.e. to become a vet, they can work towards it. Making them work for their privileges help as well. Things like phones and computer access are privileges. If they don't study, then they won't have access to them.
