I agreed with Jamie, only offer gripe water if the baby is discomfort. You can do baby massage twice a day, especially after bath to help to relief baby's tummy discomfort and the skin-to-skin touch massage is good for bonding between you and the baby. Example of massage can be found on youtube, e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?hl=en-GB&v=A1kQ-7gREcM&gl=SG
I have not given my baby gripe water or ridwind. It is not necessary if baby is feeling well. It does not have to be taken on a daily basis if there is nothing wrong with the baby. http://my.theasianparent.com/dealing-with-colic/

I gave to my elder child before and it didn't work much so i didn't bother to continue giving my elder nor my second child. Just trust your own instinct.
I never used gripe water at all for both my kids. I wouldn't say it's necessary. It totally depends on your preferences.
thanks
I did not give anything of such
