my divorce final judgement will be getting in May. Currently in Healthcare sector. May i know is it a must to inform HR about my change of marital status. I am intending to change my job after july onwards. I just dont wish ppl n HR to know my personal things . I hoped to get someone who is familar with the system. Any HR parents here can advise me.
