My wife use TENS machine to use on her sore back and other pains she complian of. U can buy one online but please check that the TENS machine u buy is safe for pregnant woman.

Maybe prenatal massages will help? Aroma oil, chamomile tea and your favourite songs. Or maybe can watch comedy! Watching comedy helps me to be happy, i felt better after laughing
