So true, mental health is just as important as physical health and I'm glad we're talking about it more openly now! I make it a point to regularly check in with myself journaling, prayer and just having honest conversations with my husband and close girlfriends really helps me process my feelings! I also protect my peace by setting boundaries, getting enough sleep and not doomscrolling social media too much at night! And if things ever feel too heavy, I won't hesitate to see a therapis. no shame in that at all mama!
