Diarrhoea in infant

Did some post reading related to infant diarrhoea. I realised alot using the same FM brand. Tell me im wrong. Should i change FM thn?

My baby had diarrhoea once. I just changed formula and it was okay. But that is not only one reason for diarrhoea in babies.
