Hi, did any mummies experience blood clot in their uterus during the first trimester? How did it go from there?

Hi can i know how are u now?as im experiencing the same was 7wks preggy and doc say I've blood at my uterus and it will spontaneously go off on it own.i bleed for few days now.but no cramp
