Booster jab

Did anyone take their booster near their EDD? How was it? I'm week 38 now and baby is quite low already, my first 2 were Pfizer. My gynae suggested I take Pfizer so baby can get some antibodies over the remaining week(s), and said that transfer of antibodies is lower through breastmilk. Wondering if I should take it coz my baby is quite low already and it seems like I'm losing my mucus plug. Thanks!!

I took my booster at 37weeks. Had sore arms at the affected area for about 3 days. Before taking the booster, I did gave the hospital a call to check with my gynae if it's safe to proceed in my condition. Like you, my gynae asked to go ahead. All my 3 doses were pfizer. So far, I'm okay😁

Took my moderna booster shot at 36 weeks 5 days. My first two was moderna too. Experienced soreness and fever the next day but fever went off in evening after i took paracetamol. Baby was fine. Am 38 weeks 3 days now! :)

My colleague was advised not to take the booster at 38 weeks because it’s too near to her EDD. Might want to check in with your gynae to see whether it’s a suitable time to take it now.

Wld be gd to take otherwise when you give birth don’t think you’ll have time to take as you’ll be doing confinement and the antibodies is much higher through the placenta

I've just taken my booster jab Pfizer on the 7/2/22 monday. I'm in my 3rd trimester somewhere 32weeks++... so far so gd till nw I'm gd.🤗✌️

my gynae suggest to take the shot before 37th week. I had it at 36 week, and feels fine.
