i would suggest instead of any medicated creams or such, try using virgin coconut oil as it is a natural remedy and will also keep the area clean and protected. it is also a great way to keep the skin hydrated, protected against germs as well as heal any rashes that already exist. i have tried it with both my kids and have seen positive results.
