Honestly a good old ugly cry session is sometimes all you need to just release everything. no holding back! I also love journaling because writing everything down helps me process my emotions so much better and get it out of my head! A long walk outside in fresh air or even a solo drive with my favourite songs blasting also works wonders for me! Basically give yourself permission to feel, release and then reset. you'll come out feeling so much lighter mama!
