Not Passing motion

Dear mummies My newborn is 1mth4days old.. I mix feed him. Recently changed his FM to Nan optipro. He was previously on Similac.. It has been a little over 24hrs since he passed motion.. Is he constipated? Is it the milk? How long can newborns go without passing motion?I do massage his tummy after each diaper change but still no result. First time mom, so worried here.

Hi mummy, don’t panic yet! It’s actually normal. My mixed feed baby once went 2 or 3 days without pooping. But careful, his next poop will be massive. Hahah! I had to put a waterproof mat under him while he poop just in case it gets to his bed. Think my niece once did not poop for almost a week. Fully bf baby though. But I’m not sure how long is considered normal.
