Dear mummies, may I know what supplement do you take during breastfeeding? I'm currently taking obimin and fish oil (Dhaxtra soft gel) from gynae. After finishing this gynae said I can just buy the fish oil off the shelf. But I never see this Dhaxtra brand in wtason or guardian. May I know if you are taking fish oil which brand do you take? :)
