Hi dear momshies! 36 weeks and 3 days preggy here, I'm wondering if you also palpitate while having contractions. I've been feeling that weeks ago, just like to know if you experience it too. Thanks for your response! ❤

Ako mommy di ako ng papalpitate, mahirap talaga huminga pag nag braxton hicks.. lalo na pg humuhiga. Basta during braxton hicks or contractions relax po kayo and praktis nyo ang breathing for contractions.. relax nyo paa at kamay nyo
