bird nest in 1st trimester
Hi dear moms to be and mummies! Is it safe to consume bird nest during the 1st trimester? My in law said it's good for baby.

Can.. but make sure that the ingredients do not have ginseng and any other chinese herbs. I started consuming the eun yan sang birdnest drinks on 1st tri cos at the packaging it said that is safe for pregnant woman. I took the one with rock sugar only..
