spotting early pregnancy

Dear moms.. I dapat tahu I pregnant.just 4w+.. suspicious ingat period tapi spotting..after upt, double line. I miscarriage mac 2020 at 8,9w.. then positive again after 3x cycle. I risau sb ada spotting walaupon xbyk. Trauma dgn 1st time m/c. Should I go see the doc klinik biasa or straight to gynae? Still early nak scan pon.. thx moms..
