Pale yellow thick discharge

Currently going to be in week 15, anyone experiencing the same? Clinic said just monitor as long as no smell or itchy. First time experiencing it when trying to pass motion.

Ive always had that prepregnancy and thruout pregnancy no infection. As long as not smelly or itchy.
