nosebleed at 21 weeks

currently feeling blocked in the nose every morning. & when i tried to dig it, it shows red mucus. idk if its because of the cold weather or my hormones. its not dripping nosebleed or heavy, its only bleed when i tried to dig them out. #Needadvice

Nosebleeds during pregnancy are really common, especially from hormonal changes that make your nasal passages more swollen and delicate, so honestly don't worry too much. That said, the blocked nose combined with the red mucus when you pick at it might be worth mentioning to your gynae or PD just to rule out anything else, especially since you're not sure if it's a cold coming on. In the meantime, try to resist the urge to dig and use a saline nasal rinse or spray instead, which helps clear the blockage without irritating things further. The cold weather can definitely make it worse, so keeping your room humid with a humidifier might help too.
