HELP! It's overdose of folic acid ???

Currently my doc give me 5mg folic acid + 1 bottle of vitamin ( which contains 0.9mg folic acid). I search online, most of articles stated >1000mcg( 1mg) Am I overdose now ?

Don’t worry, extra folic acid will be passed out of your body.

no it’s fine, i used to take 8mg.
