NAN OptiPro or Sensitive

Currently my baby is on optipro but he pukes after every feed but according to doc his pee and poop are regular and ok. So mainly is can't digest well enough after every feed even though we burp him and let him stay upright for 30 mins after feed so is there a need to change to sensitive?
