Hi mama! At 34 weeks, mild headaches are pretty normal, hormones and dehydration can definitely trigger them, but here's the thing: persistent migraines or headaches that won't shift with rest and paracetamol need checking with your doctor, especially this late in pregnancy. A few mums I know had similar situations around this time, and while most turned out to be migraine-related, it's worth ruling out blood pressure issues since that becomes more of a concern in the third trimester. I won't lie, one friend had to get checked out urgently just to be safe, and it turned out fine, but the peace of mind was worth the trip to the clinic. Do pop by your doctor or even head to triage if it's really persistent or if you notice any other symptoms like visual changes or swelling, better to be overly cautious at this stage than sorry!
