If 200g X 6 weeks ( 40 week of pregnancy ) = 3.6kg , possible but also depends on your cervix. Just afraid gynae may think too big for you. Also depends what is his/her advise You can discuss with your gynae next visit. You may or may not give birth earlier Eg at week 39, depends whether you will have any labour signs too . ☺️
