Upper back ache when zzing

Currently 26wk +... Recently will wake up n go to toilet every 2 hrs at the nite..... Upper back start to ache from zzing also.... Any way to relief??? For now aching doesn't appear when am fully awake, walking around.#1stimemom #firstbaby #pleasehelp

Extra pressure on your bladder may cause you to urinate more often. It is normal. back pain is also normal. Use pregnancy pillow and sleep to reduce it,
