Just curious. How u prepare for second pregnancy after having 6 mth old child and Emergency C Section??

I would propose speaking to your doctor before trying. One of my cousins wanted to try but her doctor advised her to wait at least a year (best if she could wait 18 months) before trying again so that her body has ample time to heal.
