is cot bumper safe? but scared baby bump her head on thr side of the cot. but read online that bumper can suffocate babies

Yes, I have been using cot bumpers. You can try to tie and secure the cot bumpers snugly. I will check on my girl from time to time too.

I would suggest bumper bed instead. Cot bumper when baby older they will move it away or step etc end up it's useless.
