Cold sweat at night

How long has it been happening and is it just at night or throughout the day? Cold sweats during pregnancy can just be hormones going haywire but if it’s frequent and comes with dizziness or heart palpitations do get it checked out by ur gynae sooner rather than later. In the meantime make sure u’re staying hydrated, wear breathable clothing and keep the room cool. Dun ignore it if it keeps happening ya 🙏
