Is carrier with hip seat not advisable for infants?

Hip seat is a non-ergonomic carrier, therefore, it is not recommended for infants because it's not conducive to baby's hip and spine development. See image below from Babywearing Singapore. Better to use a wrap, ring sling or SSC.
