What solid do you give to your 7mos old? Any recipe?

Rice Porridge or Lugaw with Egg will do. Easy to cook and no need for fancy ingredients. No salt and pepper yet for a 7 month old baby.

We're on our 2nd day of our mashed squash w/ bm, and he still doesnt like it. Everytime I offer the squash he keeps on declining the food. Do I have to keep on offering the squash until the 3rd day? This is kinda hard than the 1st two solids we had.

Try other ones like carrots, sayote or potato. A teaspoon amount of solid food will do para hindi din masayang.

Anyone here na nakaexperience din na namaos si lo dahil sa phlegm?

Ang anak ko po dahil sa sobrang ubo nawawalan na ng boses at kapag umiiyak luha na lang talaga ang makikita mo kase hindi na sya maka hagulhol.
