Tired! Cant sleep

Cant seem to fall asleep at night and always sleey in the morning i need some remedies for this. 13 weeks pregnant 😣

Try to ditch your distractions (eg. Smartphone, computer, etc) at least half an hour before sleep. Take some time to perform deep breaths to help your body relax. If you’re interested in trying out foods to help with sleep, milk is one thing to try, or even oats before sleeping.
