Can you recommend any good tandem strollers for a toddler and newborn?

I love the City Select double stroller! It has so many ways of combination and very easy to use. You can use it with bassinet, carseat normal seat. Just look at the number of ways you can mix and match according to your needs. Abit bulky and quite pricey at more than $1200 though but it is a great stroller to have.
