I haven't tried Anex myself, but my friend used one for her newborn and 2-year-old and found it quite sturdy for the price, though she said it was a bit heavy to push uphill and the basket could be bigger. Honestly though, if you're looking at tandem or double strollers, I'd also suggest checking out Joolz because they're really well-designed for two kids and hold their value well if you ever resell. Best to test a few in person at the shops like Motherswork at Great World City so you can feel the weight and manoeuvrability yourself, since that really depends on your own strength and the terrain where you'll be using it.
