Can I wash baby's clothes together with everyone else to save water and electricity.

Like Stephanie said, if your baby doesn't have sensitive skin, it's perfectly fine. My son has sensitive skin so we have to separate the washes. I usually "accumulate" until I have about a week worth of dirty baby clothes before I load them in the washing machine.
