Calf muscle cramp while sleeping

My calf suddenly cramp when i was sleeping😵 i am an active person. I do exercise, walking, yoga hence i dont understand where the pain comes from🥲🥲

Same here. I am a yoga instructor and last year my calf muscles are painful when I am pregnant with my twins
