Calcium for pregnancy

Any calcium gummies to recommend? Or maybe capsules form? Couldnt really take tablets. My gynae didnt prescribe any. He is too chill🤣🤣

drink milk or soya bean. 1000mg is needed per day. nutrisoy itself alr has 500mg. 2 cups a day is sufficient.
