Do you still continue to take your prenatal vits like the calcium tablets, omega capsules, etc. After you've given birth?

Yes I take both calcium and omega tablet, in addition to multivits for breastmilk quality My gynae told me to continue taking. The only thing I discontinued was the folic acid
yes. impt to continue especially if you're breastfeeding. no need for dha post birth.
