Calcium for pregnancy

Any calcium gummies to recommend? Or maybe capsules form? Couldnt really take tablets. My gynae didnt prescribe any. He is too chill🤣🤣

Hahah Dr Adrian is like that. He didn’t prescribe me any as well. Can try out blackmores (guardian/watsons/shopee).

Haha yes but I gave birth 2 years back. He is more of the “cin cai” and chill gynae. He even ask me don’t need do confinement, just go enjoy my Pepsi. 😂 I will still go back to him for my future pregnancies haha.
