Brought my LO for baby spa, she was really cranky at night. Is she too excited from it?

It maybe that she is too tired and find it difficult to slp. Did she nap prior to the baby spa session ?

She did nap a bit but was disturbed nap as was outside the whole day. Cried really loud and wanted to be carried, sort of went off after two days. Guess must be muscle aching from the swim. Haha
