Sun light shines on baby eyes

Brought my 1 month old baby out today and the sun light shine on his eyes for about 10secs before we were aware of it and my baby was shutting his eyes tight and close due to the light. Will this cause any damage to his eyes?

No, he responded by shutting his light. That’s his natural instinct to protect his eyes.

I think it's ok cos just few sec. avoid sun exposure from 10am until 3-4pm

Don't think so. But avoid mid day sun which is strongest
