hinde masilan pagbubuntis ko now pero ina advice parin ni OB na mag stop na sa pag breastfeed at may posible na maging premature si bunso kasi every time mag dede si ate nag co-contract yung matris mo kaya pwedeng makunan ka or mapaaga labor mo at bukod don nakukuha din ni ate yung sostansya na dapat kay bunso na napupunta

I recently stopped breastfeeding my 18 month old baby girl Here's what i did. -I'm putting a bitter taste in my nipple ( but make sure it's edible on kids) -Then I'm giving her a formula (she doesn't like formula milk since newborn) - before sleeping I give her a biscuits Here's what to expect - she might have cried all night but it's okay it's normal - you might not have enough sleep during the night -you might feel guilty for stopping and it's normal but don't breastfeed her - she might wake up every hour (because she's adjusting) it's normal After 3 days my toddler now refuses my breast 😅
